Information we process
We process account details, workspace configuration, business records, security logs, and support communications needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, isolate tenant data, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and communicate service or billing status.
Tenant isolation and security
Workspace data is tenant-scoped and protected with application authorization and database row-level security. Access should be granted only to trusted team members.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while the workspace is active and as required for security, backup, financial, or legal purposes. Workspace owners may request export, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Service providers
Hosting, email, storage, and monitoring providers may process limited information under contractual and security controls required to operate Hevra.
