Using the service
You must provide accurate account and business information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business activity.
Your business data
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You authorize Hevra to process it only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.
Trials and subscriptions
New workspaces receive the trial period shown during onboarding. Access may be limited when a trial or paid subscription expires. Charges are never made without a separate activation step.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying tax, accounting, payroll, and regulatory outputs before relying on or filing them. Country-specific compliance may require additional configuration or professional advice.
Availability and termination
We may suspend abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening use. You may stop using the service and request data export or account closure subject to retention and legal requirements.
